These terms apply when you book or attend a founder call through this website. By booking, you agree to them.

1. Who we are

This website and service are operated by Wander Wyze Holidays, New Delhi, India ("we", "us"). Contact details are at the end of these terms.

2. The service

The founder call is a paid, 30-minute, one-on-one educational conversation with Atul Sethi about how a travel agency works. It is delivered online at the time slot you book.

3. Who can book

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.

4. Booking and payment

The price is shown on our pricing page and at checkout. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Your booking is confirmed once payment succeeds and you pick a slot.

5. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

These are covered by our cancellation and refund policy.

6. No guarantee of income

The call is educational. It is not financial, legal or tax advice, not a job offer and not a placement service. Any income from a travel business depends on your own decisions, effort and circumstances. We do not promise or guarantee any earnings or savings.

7. Other programmes

During the call we may tell you about our 4-week travel business course. Joining is entirely optional. The course has its own price and terms, which we share before you decide.

8. Conduct and recording

Please be respectful during the call. We may end a call that becomes abusive. We do not record calls without your consent, and we ask that you don't record without ours.

9. Materials

Any notes or materials we share are for your personal use and may not be resold or republished.

10. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the call is limited to the amount you paid for it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you book applies to your booking.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at New Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
