No physical shipping

We do not sell or ship any physical products on this website. Nothing is delivered to your address.

How the service is delivered

• The founder call is delivered online, as a video or phone call, at the time slot you book.
• Your booking is confirmed as soon as your payment succeeds. You pick your time slot straight after payment.
• Call details are sent to the email address and WhatsApp number you gave during booking.
• Slots are normally available within 7 days of payment.

If something goes wrong

If you don't receive your booking details within 24 hours of payment, please contact us. See also our cancellation and refund policy.
